Hi, I'm Pranav. I study CS, Philosophy, and Pure Math at the University of Washington, and work at the
WEIRD Lab.
My research focuses on robot learning; I work on RL algorithms that leverage human interventions, and long-context architectures for in-context learning and POMDPs. Outside of robot learning, I'm interested in human-computer interfaces, functional programming, progress studies, and political history.
Previously, I've worked as a research engineer at Morph Labs, working on synthetic data for formal mathematics and code generation. Before that, I worked on
Kobra, a visual programming language (like Scratch) for ML, which had thousands of users building ML projects, and was used in high schools for introducing ML.
In my spare time, I love reading
biographies,
running long distance, and
hacking on side projects. If you'd like to chat, I am best reached by email at
[email protected].
